The basis of this book is a dynamic text/image collaboration between writer and image-maker. The collaborative process consisted of texts and images sent back and forth in dialogue with one another, each element continuing on from the last. This created a freely evolving narrative that turned into a surrealist story that Accame describes as “...a short story in images and words that tells of how a dark force calls to a man and sweeps him away to the unknown places of his soul”. The original Spanish text was translated into English, and both languages appear on each page.   Medium and size: Stone lithography, archival pigment prints on kitakate paper mounted on Arches Velin pages.
